At Vistaar Publication, all our products are digital and downloadable. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds for Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. Once your purchase is completed and the product is delivered/downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

2. Damaged or Defective Files
if you receive a corrupted or Corrupted digital file, you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a refund request. Once we approve the refund, you should provide details or screenshots of the issue. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
